Progress the role, build your career!The Role:You will be responsible for developing and executing inbound marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, engage our audience, and increase the volume and quality of inbound leads. You will be passionate about creating compelling content and have a goodunderstanding of the inbound marketing landscape, including best practices, latest trends, and emerging technologies.Responsibilities:

  • Establish and execute a multi-channel, inbound marketing strategy.
  • Create, edit and proof a wide range of engaging SEO optimised content and editorial (including blog posts, whitepapers, videos, ebooks, reports, interviews, webinars, case studies, infographics, email campaigns etc.) Craft tone of voice to reflect the companyand their audience
  • Create and manage a content taxonomy that aligns with company objectives. This includes categorising content and ensuring that it is organised in a logical and user-friendly manner to improve discoverability and enhance the user experience.
  • Build and manage a rich content and editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience. Regularly review and update based on key performance data, feedback from our audience, and changes in the competitive landscape.
  • Deliver monthly reports including key metrics, a description of monthly activity, suitable advice and recommendations. Analyse and refine strategies based on data insights, industry best practices and research.
  • Develop relationships and collaborate with key partners, sponsors and external stakeholders to develop high-quality, relevant content that aligns with their marketing strategy and partnership goals.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research to identify relevant and high-traffic search terms and monitor keyword performance and adjust strategies as needed to improve rankings and increase organic traffic.
  • Stay up to date with the inbound marketing landscape, including best practices, latest trends, and emerging technologies
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Director to craft compelling press releases, media alerts, and other PR-related content as needed.
  • Represent company at physical and online events where appropriate (such as Insomnia, EGX, Commonwealth Esports Championships, Global Esports Games).
Requirements:
  • Degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Some experience in content/inbound marketing and good understanding of content/inbound marketing strategies.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to write in a variety of styles and formats.
  • Experience with content management systems, marketing automation platforms and tools such as HubSpot, SurveyMonkey and Mailchimp.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and how to optimise content for search engines.
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills.
  • Data-driven and research-oriented with strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, and manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and quality.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and able to work effectively under pressure.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and the occasional weekend.
