Job Description

Exciting Opportunity Alert! Join A Dynamic Team!We are on the lookout for an experienced, ambitious, energetic, and dedicated Marketing & Business Support Executive to join our client who is based in Sunderland City Centre, on a permanent contract basis �Location: Sunderland � - Limited, free parking spaces available (first come, first served), as well as nearby street and city centre public parking.Excellent rail links, connected via Metro, local bus routes.Salary: £25K - £28K , depending on experience Hours: Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM- Hybrid working, however flexibility with interchangeable work-from-home days to meet business requirements is essential.Perks:

Responsibilities: Working directly with the Managing Director and the Board of Directors, you will:
  • � Assist in creating and implementing our firms marketing and business development strategy.
  • Identify innovative marketing and business development initiatives.
  • Implement successful marketing campaigns.
  • Liaise with partners on advertising, print, press, photography, SEO, and more.
  • Manage marketing strategy across digital and traditional channels.
  • Draft valuable content for both digital and traditional marketing.
  • � Raise awareness at networking events, expos, and showcases.
  • Build and maintain relationships with third parties, clients, and referrers.
  • Manage client feedback.
  • Lead on charity/community involvement.
  • Manage marketing and business development budget.
  • Produce management reports on activity, results, and ROI.
  • Assist Managing Director and Board with business management support needs.
Ideal Candidate:
  • � Experience in a similar role, preferably in the legal sector.
  • Record in sales, business development, and winning new business.
  • Demonstrable numeracy, forecasting, and strong analytical and presentation skills.
  • Ambitious with a commitment to self-development.
  • Flexibility and willingness to work outside normal office hours.
  • Good working knowledge of social platforms, paid social media experience is a plus.
  • Creative and innovative thinker.
  • Strong adaptability and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Good time management, planning skills, and ability to prioritise.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint), WordPress, or other website management systems.
