Job Description

The CompanyNigel Wright is the proud recruitment partner for Envision AESC, due to continued growth, multiple new Maintenance Engineer / Technician positions available!Envision AESC is the worlds leading battery technology company and lithium-ion battery manufacturer. Currently looking for dynamic, forward-thinking individuals to join their Sunderland plant to help deliver current and future generation L-Ion Batteries intothe rapidly expanding EV marketplace.The RoleThe Maintenance Engineers are responsible for -

  • Working collaboratively to providebreakdown response and process improvements across site
  • Health & Safety mindset, adhering to the guidelines in place
  • Efficiently and effectively carrying out PPMs
  • PLC fault finding
  • Continuous improvement activities, driving increase in OEE
  • Utilising Maintenance Management System to accurately record data
  • Motivated to undertake any training and development activities required
About You
  • ONC / BTEC OR NVQ Level 3 in electrical or mechanical engineering required
  • Experience of working as a Maintenance Engineer / Technician in a high-volume manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of fault finding with PLCs
  • Ideally you will be time served technician from high-volume background such as Automotive, FMCG, Pharmaceuticals, Packaging etc.
  • Previous experience with fault finding onRobotics would be desirable
  • Proactive approach whensupporting production to maximise efficiency
