Job Description

Fancy leading a team of Product Managers for an ambitious company thats investing £2m in growing their tech teamThe companyThe largest online bingo website in Europe.Last year, they were acquired by one of the largest businesses on the FTSE 100.They currently have 500 employees.The tech teamTheir tech team is just over 200 in size but theyve just set aside £2 million to grow this team to 250 in the next 12-18 months.Tech is split into 5 teams.

  • Create and maintain a product roadmap that outlines key milestones, feature releases and delivery timelines, aligning with the companys overall goals and vision for Platform Engineering
  • Manage a high-performing Product Management team, providing mentorship and guidance to team members. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration and excellence.
  • Partner closely with peers in the Platform Engineering team to ensure the development of our white label products and B2B platform meets the 3rd parties needs, including customisation options, scalability and integration capabilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritise product requirements, translating them into actionable product features and plans
  • Ensure alignment with overall company goals and long-term plan to launch new products, ensuring that they meet quality standards and market demands
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams
Required experience
  • Experience working in Product management in a technology business
  • An engaging manager with a track record in attracting, recruiting, managing and developing talent.
  • A strong strategic and commercial mindset
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to manage, grow, and develop a high-performing team and drive continuous improvement.
