Job Description

Lead Generator (B2B Sales)Location: Sunderland, UKCentral Employment is recruiting for a rapidly growing company seeking experienced Energy Sales professionals to join our Client a highly successful B2B sales team at their Sunderland office.

  • Role Overview: As a Lead Generator, you will play a pivotal role in their outbound B2B sales efforts, responsible for nurturing and developing new relationships over the telephone. Youll be an integral part of their sales team, taskedwith building your pipeline and leveraging uncapped commission opportunities through our leading commission scheme. Working hours - Monday to Thursday 9am-5pm, Friday 9am-3pm. Baise salary -£23500 - £35,000 OTE -£60,000 Commission - uncapped.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls to build and maintain a robust customer pipeline.
  • Efficiently manage and maximize revenue opportunities within your pipeline.
  • Cultivate enduring relationships with clients, ensuring their long-term satisfaction.
  • Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly KPIs to drive sales performance.
  • Identify sales opportunities through effective questioning and adept objection handling.
