Job Description

We are currently partnering with a prominent construction company based in Sunderland,known for its commitment to excellence and safety in every project. We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking Construction Labourers to join our clients team in Sunderland. As a Construction Labourer, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of constructionsites, ensuring a safe and productive working environment for all team members.Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with the loading and unloading of construction materials and equipment
  • Performing general site cleanup and debris removal to maintain a safe and orderly workspace.
  • Assisting skilled tradespeople and contractors as needed
  • Operating basic hand and power tools under supervision
  • Adhering to all health and safety regulations, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
  • Communicating effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
Requirements:
  • Valid CSCS card (Construction Skills Certification Scheme)
  • Manual Handling Certificate
  • Physically fit and capable of lifting and carrying heavy objects.
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work well as part of a team.
  • Excellent timekeeping and reliability
Salary and Benefits:
  • Pay rate: £12.50 per hour.
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 5:30 pm (with overtime available)
  • Weekly pay
