Job Description

My client is a Newcastle-based Telecoms provider, with an energetic team that rivals most other providers. Theyve been so successful in the Telecoms industry, that the next step for them was to further expand their IT services. With this sector of the businessgrowing rapidly, theyre looking to expand their team and welcome in confident IT Technicians.IT Technician£20,000 - £35,000Sunderland/OnsiteDay-to-day:

  • Supporting a variety of clients onsite with reactive support as well as project work
  • Supporting clients through remote support
  • Assisting the service desk and getting to work on interesting tickets
  • Consulting the varied client base on systems upgrades
  • Providing high-quality support on desktops, servers, and cloud platforms
