CDS Recruitment Limited are working with our client who are looking to recruit Hydrogen Technicians on a permanent basis. You must be a time-served Instrument Pipefitter familiar with small bore pipework, butech and Autoclave.You must have 5 Years experience working in Assembly / Production environment, be Diligent in the use of small to medium bore pipework and be capable of following precisely complex P&ID and GA Drawings as well as identify potential issues in the design and test.We are looking for a Team player with the ability to offer support and advice to colleges. " Computer Literate. " Ability to work using their own initiative. " Must undergo CompEx training, Ex F and Ex 11 The Role Involves:- " Working with Hydrogen (Assembly and Test). " Involvement in Health & Safety regulations ensuring requirements are adhered to. o Data COSH sheets. o Risk Assessments. (Updating)Working alongside the manufacturing and production engineers you will assist in the assembly processes, in particular H-Drive and HRS. " Carry out Assembly and Test of Engineered to Order Hydrogen refuelling stations (HRS). "ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS " Minimum level 3 NVQ (or equivalent) in instrument pipefitting. " SBT01 - Installation and assembling Swagelok. " SBT02 - Disassemble and reinstall small-bore assemblies. " SBT03 - Assemble and install small bore tubing via coning and threading. " Experience are large scale piping projects. +500 hours. " Experience in pressure testing.You will be required to work shifts and the current shift pattern is Earlies/Lates which there is a shift allowance in place for.
