Job Description

The CompanyInternational business is looking to recruit an Infrastructure Analyst with O365 experience.The RoleWorking within IT Operations division, that comprise technical specialists, the Infrastructure Analyst, you will deliver 2nd line support in this ITIL aligned business as well as participate in projects. Specifically you will:

  • Form part of a team of technical professionals providing support for new solutions/projects being implemented, along with support and maintenance
  • Respond to service desk incidents/requests logged by the user base via phone, face to face, email or self-service portal
  • Manage, meet and maintain service levels and ensure all incidents and requests are dealt with in accordance with the SLA’s/KPIs
  • Undertake ongoing vocational & professional training/development opportunities to advance personally.
  • Research and keep up-to-date with current and emerging technologies.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues in the department, division and Operating Companies to assist delivery and support of technical solutions to business requirements.
  • Participate in on-call rota
    • The RequirementsYou will possess 2nd line support experience, with at least three Office 365 products such as Exchange Online, Teams and InTune. In addition you will have been exposed to
  • Maintaining InTune such as application deployment
  • Administrating Microsoft Azure Active Directory including AD synchronization (AD connect)
  • Identity management from multiple AD Sources
  • Administrating Office 365 Groups
    • You will also have knowledge in the following areas::
  • Modern authentication methods and controls
  • Basic scripting
  • Office 365 Security, such as Compliance and Protection (DLP, e-discovery, Encryption, Labels, Sensitivity Policies, Azure etc
