HR GO are looking to recruit Customer Service Executives to start on 15th November, for their prestigious Contact Centre based in the Sunderland area.The ideal candidate should have come from a solid telesales or retail background, with excellent customer service skills.In return for this, you can expect to work in a friendly environment with on-site facilities such as free breakfast when working weekends, desk massages, family fun days, an annual ball invitation and subsidised canteen prices.Responsibilities and main Attributes:-Receive inbound calls from new and existing customersCommunicate the benefits of products and servicesBuild an excellent rapport, understanding their needs in a professional mannerAbility to work to targetsExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenUnderstand and upsell the company productsData entry and information gatheringAbility to work to KPISIT literate and attention to detailExperience of working within a call centre environment is desirableConsistent delivery of quality and attention to detailsEnthusiasm for customer service and satisfactionIT literate and competentYou will be expected to work between the hours of 8am and 8pm and also requires working 1 in 2 Saturdays and 1 in 4 Sundays, and flexible RDO (rotad day off) - Average 37.5 hours.
