  • The role will be an integral part of the Senior Management team - requiring you to make a significant contribution to the overall business
  • Responsible for the performance of the company and the overall business strategy as set by the board
  • Responsible for building firm/key relationships within key areas of the business, developing strategies to hit or exceed targets for all areas
  • To proactively oversee all operational and sales areas of the business
  • To deliver against set revenue targets and budgets for key business areas
  • Build relationships and carry out analysis on the business to identify areas of growth
  • Liaise with key departments within the business to ensure key objectives are successfully met
  • Design, develop and implement specific strategies for all divisions of the business
CORE COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:
  • Value led and customer focused
  • Experience of managing multiple direct reports
  • Highly skilled communicator with strong negotiation skills
  • Highly analytical and highly commercial
  • Have a strong planning and forecasting ability
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
  • Experience of working in a similar role or have 5 years plus experience working in a Senior Management position within the travel industry
  • Be able to demonstrate a strong management track record showcasing experience and having the ability to adapt to your audience
