Job Description

Head of Product (Agile) Sunderland / WFH to £85kAre you an experienced, tech savvy, Product Manager with leadership skillsYou could be progressing your career as a Head of Product at a tech driven online gaming / low-cost gambling SaaS tech company that provide a range of white labelled gaming platforms for household names with millions of concurrent players.As Head of Product you will collaborate with the Product Director, with responsibility for overseeing and line managing two Lead Product Managers, representing the Product Management function to senior stakeholders and assisting with product strategy andplanning.Youll collaborate with software engineering teams to establish and maintain clear rolling roadmaps that prioritise features and functionalities based on user needs, data and insights and strong commercial rationale with market demands and business goalsat the centre.This is a high profile role where your contribution will be recognised.WFH Policy:Theres a hybrid work from home policy with 2-3 days a week; when youre in the office youll be collaborating with accomplished colleagues in awesome custom built offices in Sunderland with a range of facilities and perks including three, free meals atthe onsite restaurant as well as membership at onsite gym.Requirements:

  • Youre an experienced Product Manager with a track record of leading high performing Product teams
  • You have a good knowledge of Agile methodologies
  • You have experience of coaching and mentoring Product Managers
  • You have experience of leading cross functional product engineering teams
  • You have experience within the gaming / gambling industry or with high volume eCommerce websites
