They want to make working for them an exciting prospect.This expansion has opened up an opportunity for an Engineer to join their experienced team.About the Fire Alarm Engineer RoleAs a member of the Fire systems installation & commissioning team, you will deliver various major project and small works for our growing client portfolio across the southern region of the UK.As a Grade 1 Fire Alarm Engineer, you will be expected to visit multiple commercial properties such as banks, schools, universities, retail outlets, leisure centres, hospitals to complete installation and small works of a wide range of fire alarm systems, to ensure compliance for all of our customers as part of an experienced team.The Fire Alarm Engineer ideally will have previous experience of working on different types of fire alarm systems, such as conventional, bi-wire and addressable systems.The Grade 1 engineer will be trained to increase their capabilities through in house training and external training schemes with the aim to be a more experienced graded engineer in the future for example a Fire Alarm Commissioning Engineer of fire alarm systems or to run own projects in the future (a rare opportunity if wanted).The projects would range from small works as part of a 2x team alongside a more senior engineer and assisting in the installation and commissioning of a 20-30 device system up to 1000 + devices, these systems would be mostly wired systems however wireless fire alarm system are also installed and commissioned.Other Key TasksService Delivery
