In April 2019 Nissan sold its global battery business to the Envision Energy Group. This included the battery manufacturing plant in Sunderland, which is now operating as Envision AESC UK Ltd. We are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Sales Engineer to lead the European business development programme to achieve the group’s ambition of being one of the leading suppliers of lithium-ion batteries for Electric Vehicle manufacturers. The key aspect of the role will be engaging with OEMS and other customers to provide battery system solutions that meet the key criteria on technical performance, cost and safety.Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
