Job Description

We are working with our client who are a successful aluminium architectural company who specialise in curtain walling, windows and doors in their search for a technical estimator.This is fantastic opportunity to join a growing business on a permanent basisResponsibilities:

  • Producing estimates for a high end manufactured range of architectural glazing systems such as: aluminium windows and doors, curtain walling
  • Review tender documents and produce high quality tender returns
  • Utilise specialist estimating software to determine material costs
  • Liaise and build relationships with clients and help to develop business
The person:
  • Proven track record of estimating aluminium windows and doors
  • Experience using software to produce quotes
  • Experience in the construction industry and understanding of construction tender drawing is essential
  • A minimum of two years experience as an Aluminium Estimator is essential
  • To be able to manage own workload
  • Proactive, confident and reliable
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
