Job Description

Estate Agency Listerupto £25,000 OTE £50,000North EastYou will be visiting prospective customer homes selling face to face and providing home valuations . Your earning potential is uncapped across all the products and services that are on offer.As a Estate Agency Valuer, you will be:

  • Providing accurate valuations for potential sellers properties based on the best available data and comparable property sales
  • Demonstrating excellent knowledge of the local property market
  • Working very closely with Property Consultants ensuring as much business will be won in as possible
  • Running you own patch
  • Engaging and supporting customers throughout their journey
  • Meeting the needs and expectations of customers by providing an honest valuation of the property
  • Pitch Multiple products
    • What youll need to succeed
  • A strong self motivated desire to be successful
  • Sales experience- no property experience required full training will be provided
  • Strong determination
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
  • UK driving licence with the use of a vehicle for business purposes
  • Driven, ambitious and very money motivated
  • Estate agency and valuation experience of at least a year
