This is an exciting opportunity to join our growing Digital Marketing team and be responsible for first party email communications. Your day-to-day activities will involve building marketing and service messages as well as building journeys with the CustomerRelationship Management Manager to enhance the customer experience.This is an incredible role where the successful candidate will be play an integral role in the innovative journey were building for our customers. You will be responsible for using customer data to create new journeys, improve on existing ones and deliverpersonalised communications where appropriate.ScS is excited to announce its new Digital Hub situated within our Coventry store allowing us to fully immerse ourselves in the shopping journey, both with our in store experts and customers. We will be focused on building truly omni-channel experiencesthrough improving our current proposition and revolutionising the homewares shopping journeys.The Digital Hub will hold a wide range of opportunities for new and existing talent across digital marketing, ecommerce, UX and product.Please note: This role is available for ScS Head Office in Sunderland or the Digital Hub situated in Coventry. Key responsibilities
