As the Email and Loyalty Marketing Manager, can you play a key role in driving customer engagement and loyalty through targeted email campaigns and strategic loyalty marketing initiatives for a successful Ecommerce group This is an opportunity to join afriendly, successful Marketing team - youll be given all the tools you need to do this role including great support, training and the opportunity to learn new skills.Role: Email and Loyalty Marketing Manager Location: Durham, some hybrid working availableSalary: £30k p.a. with regular reviews.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in loyalty marketing, CRM, and E-commerce, demonstrating the ability to create and execute effective marketing strategies that enhance customer relationships and drive business growth.Your key responsibilities will be...- Develop and execute comprehensive email marketing strategies to drive customer retention, engagement and conversion- Oversee the end-to-end execution of email campaigns from creativity and design to deployment and analysis- Manage and optimise customer loyalty programs, identifying opportunities for growth and increased customer lifetime value- Utilise CRM tools to segment customer data and personalise email campaigns based on customers behaviour and preferences- Monitor key performance metrics - providing insights and recommendations to board-level- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in loyalty marketing, CRM and Ecommerce- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, content and analytics to ensure cohesive and effective marketing campaignsWe seek the following skills/experience...- Ideally educated to Bachelors Degree level in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business or a related field- Excellent Data Analysis skills (ideally within an E-commerce environment) - if you can make the numbers talk when showing data then this could be a great opportunity for you- B2B Email marketing and loyalty marketing experience or skills- Shopify experience would be a huge benefitThis is a great opportunity to join a growing marketing team so youll need to be self-motivated, proactive and demonstrate excellent team-playing skills.
