This is a great opportunity for an Ecommerce Specialist to work as a vital part of a marketing team and very closely with a commercial team; you will be responsible for the day-to-day presentation of two Ecommerce websites; upgrading and presenting data, and making sure products are displayed correctly.The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic Ecommerce Specialist, able to demonstrate suitable experience to support the delivery of digital excellence within a busy eCommerce environment.Role: Ecommerce Manager / Specialist (Shopify)Salary: £30k p.a. - £35k p.a. plus benefitsLocation: Co. Durham - Office based Your key responsibilities will be around Ecommerce strategy Development, platform management, traffic enhancement and Ecommerce merchandising - ensuring full sales optimisation in a competitive Ecommerce environment as well as making sure the websites performwell across multiple devices and browsers. You will also monitor Ecommerce data, trends, and product knowledge. Part of this role will also be to monitor competitors and report to stakeholders on industry-wide best practices (helping to ensure our Client staysahead of the competition).We seek a bright, articulate individual who is commercially savvy and can offer experience within an Ecommerce or digital marketing role (maybe in a placement or post-University study role). Excel proficiency (vlookups, analysing datasheets) is sought aswell as experience of Google Analytics, interpreting Customer Journeys, SKUS eCommerce performance, ROAS, and incremental modeling. You will also need a highly analytical mindset in combination with Shopifyexperience. You will possess experience in interpreting Ecommerce performance for varied stakeholders and being highly proficient in MS Word/Excel to create not only verbally but also visually engaging reports for management, collaborating personnel, and key stakeholders.In exchange for your expertise, you can expect great training and a fantastic chance to develop your Digital Marketing career in a successful Ecommerce group.
