Digital Developer – Competitive Salary – SunderlandThe RoleUnique opportunity for an experienced Digital Developer to join a growing healthcare advertising agency, nurturing its continued success by integrating knowledge and adding to our core skill set.The key responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:

  • Working alongside our internal team of digital creatives and developers to deliver high end, future proof outputs. Working to developmental best practices and always ensuring quality deliverables.
  • Providing expert insight on digital/development solutions to our clients for their marketing and digital projects.
  • Supporting the client services team, with knowledge and input when required. Ensuring that the business is always offering the best solution possible.

Combining expertise in the disciplines of marketing, creative, design, digital and life sciences, the team has a deserved reputation for exceptional customer service and this will be a vital attribute for any candidate.The PersonThe key skills and requirements of the Digital Developer:
  • Experience of the full project cycle from initial analysis and design through to coding, testing and maintenance.
  • In-depth knowledge of development environments, tools, and external libraries.
  • High level experience of front-end development (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, REACT) and good back-end knowledge (PHP, MySQL etc).
  • Knowledge of implementing and integrating with Web APIs.
    • Experience or knowledge of the following would be an advantage:
  • The Healthcare domain
  • Data protection and security
  • Azure DevOps
  • App Development
  • Version control such as Git
  • Working and building with headless CMS platforms.
