Job Description

Role-Customer Assistance RepresentativeContract- PermanentSalary-£21,429 to £22,857/annum depending on experience. Up to £450 a quarterperformance related bonus.Hours of work- 37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday Between 8am-8pm with rotational Saturdays 9am-1pmBenefits- Skills based pay, holiday scheme, share scheme, employee discounts.Start date- 22nd NovemberWe are currently recruiting for customer assistance representatives for our global, financial client.As a Customer Assistance Representative youll spend your time helping customers with their finances and giving them support to help get them back on track with their mortgage payments. We will give you the tools to be able to do this effectively and supportcustomers. In return, we ask that you are adaptable, have a flexible approach and the drive to support customers in a fast moving and excitable environment. Understand the needs of the customers that you are talking to and provide the appropriate long termsolution that will help them on the road to financial recovery.What you will be doing:

  • Establish and maintain inbound and outbound contact with customers and implement appropriate forbearance solutions
  • Identify customers who would benefit from receiving debt advice.
  • Liaise with third parties and internal stakeholders to agree the most effective course of action to help customers
  • Support peers and team initiatives to make improvements and better ways of working
What we are looking for:
  • A keen eye for detail and care in delivering quality
  • A desire to support customers and your peers
  • Ability to follow processes but question if you think something isnt quite right
  • Ability to drive your own performance and manage your work
Experience in a financial role is desirable but dont worry if you dont already have this experience.
