Job Description

Job Purpose:

  • Support to improve Grundfos Production System Level
  • Group Standards including Pilots
  • Digital project implementation
  • Improvement project / Complex problem solving
  • Support to Optimize Global Footprint
  • Contribute to ambitious strategies and vision development and implementation
    • Timeframe:
  • GPS Support and 15%
  • Group Standards including Pilots 10%
  • GPS Assessment and system development 5%
  • Improvement project / Complex problem solving / Digi implementation 70%
    • Key Responsibilities:
  • Support to improve GPS Level
  • Support EMEA plant transformation to GPS
  • Training of local CI organisation + Management in CI and GPS
  • Cross EMEA roll-out of GPS elements
  • Ex. CI tools related to top 10 quality tools
  • Ex. Labour productivity (Measurement)
  • Ex. Image
  • Group Standards including Pilots
  • Expert knowledge of standards
  • Tool and Process owner
  • Facilitate pilots to validate new standards
  • Quality assurance of standards and deployment plans
  • Q&A for standards
  • GPS Assessment support
  • Lead/support assessor in GPS Assessment
  • Share best practice across EMEA
  • Handle review process of Assessment
  • Improvement project / Complex problem solving
  • Identify high impact projects
  • Lead/support high impact projects to improve plant performance
  • Major Customer Incidents (Lead/support Problem solving on escalated problems)
  • Full value stream improvements (Order to Cash)
  • Process and capacity optimisation
  • Kaizen projects Lead or Support
  • Support to Optimize Global Footprint
  • New line / transfer / Lean line design
  • Lean layout - Flow, Inventory, Manning, etc.
  • Contribute to ambitious strategies and vision development and implementation
  • Grundfos Production System development
  • Benchmarking with World Class companies
  • Develop and support a culture of highly motivated employees
    • KPIs to be monitored:
  • SIOP, BIQ, EHS, Productivity, OPR/OEE, Leadtime. GOS assessment level
    • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Higher education within production or management
  • Projectmanagement or leadership exspirence
  • Lean education
