Due to fantastic growth my client is now looking to add a senior member of staff at their Sunderland site for a Containerised Trade Lead Specialist The successful candidate will be working within a growing team to manage and develop ongoing clients on specific trade lanes. Main duties:* Providing clients with an all-round containerised service from quotation stage through the whole shipment process.* Produce standard and non-standard documentation using a variety of computer software packages including CHIEF/CDS, Shipping line systems and ASM Sequoia/Datafreight.* Arranging import and export clearance for deep sea shipments via flatrack as well as containerised shipments Worldwide, both import and export.* Adhere to the security procedures and general confidentiality required within these areas.* To work closely with the Directors, colleagues and external bodies.Dealing with customers and suppliers both in the UK and further afield such as Africa * offering a comprehensive service from start to finish.* Continuing and ensuring a high standard to all our customers.Experience/Skills* Previous experience of handling export or import containerised shipments.* A working knowledge of shipping line computerised systems.* Ability to work as part of a team and individually.* Knowledge of export or import Customs.* Experience with ASM Sequoia would be ideal but not essential.Benefits* Salary £24,000 to £32,000* Christmas Bonus dependent upon individual and Company performance * Company Car* Health Insurance* Pension
