You play an active role in generating stakeholder engagement and identify and nurture new relationships and communitypartnerships. You will be involved in community-led initiatives and practices and sustain the ongoing relationships between community partners and wider networks.You must be a UK driver will access to your own vehicle as travel is an essential part of this role. You will hold an NVQ Level 4 qualification in Health and Social Care or relevant qualification. You will have experience of promoting/marketing a service orprogramme and engaging specific audiences to get actively involved.
