Job Description

Commercial Catering Engineer / Comcat Engineer 40 Hour Week / Bonus Scheme / Paid Travel / 31 Days Holiday / Pension Scheme / Van + Fuel card!We are a successful catering equipment distributor who offer complete commercial kitchen solutions from design to installation, service and maintenance. With over 40 years of experience we have grown to be regarded as one of the UKs market leaders providing coverage to hotels, restaurants, schools, government buildings and corporate clients throughout the UK.Key Responsibilities:

  • Reactive maintenance, repair and breakdown of all commercial catering equipment within kitchens
  • Fault finding on both electrical and gas commercial catering equipment
  • Field based meeting clients - Customer facing position
    • Essential Qualifications / Experience:
  • Comcat 1,2,3,5
  • Relevant electrical experience (18th, 17th, 16th edition, HNC, NVQ, City and Guilds in electrics would be an advantage)
  • LPG or FGAS Qualification would also be an advantage
  • Full Drivers Licence
    • Package:
  • Basic salary starting from £32,000+ (on experience) 40 hour week
  • Paid door to door minus 30 mins travelling time each way
  • Overtime paid at time and half Monday to Saturday and Double time on Sundays and Bank holidays.
  • First fix bonus scheme paid monthly up to £7,000 per year on top of your basic and your overtime
  • On call currently 1 in 6 - £60.00 standby payment, plus time and a half and £25.00 per job attended
  • 31 days holiday
  • 3% of salary annual pension contribution
