Job Description

Are you an experienced CNC Operator, looking for a new challengeBaltic Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Permanent CNC Operator to work for a highly reputable client based in Sunderland, joining their expanding team. The successful candidate will receive on-site training to ensure they are equipped with all the skills required to undertake their role to thehighest standard.CNC Operator Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Responsibility for the operation of the CNC machines, achieving or improving upon planned standard times and achieving necessary quality levels.
  • The ability to use a range of measuring equipment together with working knowledge of inspection procedures to undertake self- inspection.
  • Working with a range of materials.
  • Interpreting drawings and ensuring dimensional accuracy.
  • Working as part of a machine shop team and interfacing with peers and production supervision.
CNC Operator Applicants:Essential Skills & Experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • The ability to accurately read drawings and identify discrepancies
  • The ability to fault find and problem solve
  • Keen eye for detail and accuracy
  • Experienced of working with stone (desirable)
Working 8am until 5pm, Monday to Friday with the occasional weekend. Hourly rate: £12-£15, depending on experience. Applicants may also be interested in Worksurfaces, Stone Slabs, Granite, Marble, Corian, Quartz, CNC, Stone, CNC Operating, CNC Operative, CNC Machines, CNC Machinery.
