Support Case Executives in progressing remortgage files from instruction to file closure. Liaise with relevant parties to chase any outstanding information to progress the case in line with client service level agreements. Ensure relevant systems and files are updated on a regular basis. Update case executives of potential problems and ongoing issues. Review files to ensure necessary information is obtained for a completion date. Ideal Candidate Although previous experience is not essential, it would be great if you can show the below skills: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Excellent verbal and written communication. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Great customer service skills.
