If this sounds like you, please read on to find out more about the Business Development Manager (BDM) - specialising in BrickHow will you support us As a Business Development Manager, you will deliver profitable growth and raise the profile specifically for our Brick offering service, and to ensure all customers have a great experience in working with Jewson. In this role you will;* Build effective relationships with all branch and Sales colleagues across designated Business Units, to identify, maximise and develop new, lapsed or dormant business * Develop our brick profile and stock range * Manage the supply and demand of bricks taking in to account upcoming opportunities and market factors, including stock levels* Work with customers to increase and develop sales and relationships * Work with and train colleagues to raise awareness of brick productsWhat kind of person are we looking for First and foremost, we always want to recruit talented people that align well with our values and way of working.
