Job Description

Office Angels is recruiting for a Business Centre Administrator, for our client who is based in Sunderland, to join their team on a permanent contract basis. Based in a modern office in Sunderland city centre, the Business Centre Administrator will be a key player in providing top-notch administration and a welcoming service to guests and tenants across a national portfolio of approximately 600 Residential andCommercial properties.Working closely with internal and external partners, the Business Centre Administrator will assist Building & Facilities Manager(s) in various areas to maintain the highest standards of Building and Front of House Management.

  • Location: Sunderland city centre, close to all public transport links, parking is not offered on-site but is available nearby
  • Salary: £23,923.20
  • Hours: Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM
  • Fully office based!
  • Contract: Permanent, starting ideally in January/February next year

Responsibilities:Full training will be provided for this role, however previous experience in Administration, Reception, Customer Service or Facilities/Property Management is essential.
  • Manage the facilities for the business centre, looking after tenants and customers, providing exceptional support.
  • Offer effective and efficient administrative support for the business centre.
  • Front-of-house management, tenant liaison.
  • Ensuring all health and safety processes are followed and compliance administration completed.
  • Arrange room setups and assist in organising events and room bookings.
  • Arranging office viewings and showing tenants around the business centre.
  • Support designated properties for an exceptional level of Building Management.
  • All office administration tasks.
  • Develop relationships with tenants and suppliers.
  • Produce monthly reports for management team.
  • Invoice processing.
  • Utilise online booking systems for room and event management.
  • Undertake audits of buildings hard and soft services.
