Job Description

Connect Appointments have a new opportunity for a reliable individual to become a Burner/Flame Cutter, on a full-time ongoing basis.Your main duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Observing drawing specifications; and general regulations and standards
  • Adhering to deadlines, and; be responsible for tidiness and cleanliness at the workplace
  • Oxyfuel cutting of the components according to drawing specifications
  • Setting up the thermal cutting machine.
  • Measurement of the performed work (self- monitoring)
  • Setting up the quicky machine.
To be successful in this position you will ideally have a thorough high quality approach to your work. Have a high standard of cleanliness, reliability and sense of responsibility.Whats on offer:
  • Day shift hours, paid at £14.52 per hour.
  • Night shift hours, paid at £17.01 per hour.
