Job Description

The clientThis international tech consumer business, part of a FTSE 100, is in an exciting period of growth and is looking to make pivotal hires in their marketing and brand team.Hybrid working, fantastic culture and numerous other employee benefits exist in a business well known for offering great career growth.The roleYou will support in establishing a new planning function to own the marketing and promotional planning processes, ensuring the business is always working to timetable and delivering against objectives pre during and post campaigns.Working alongside the Strategy and Insights team you will be pivotal contact in Marketing gathering key strategic insight for the Marketing delivery teams to ideate plans and develop the creative proposition for acquisition and principal retention campaigns.This is an exciting role that will help drive the business forward; increasing brand awareness of the brand and improved conversions during acquisition funnels.About youThis role would suit someone who is a highly skilled Marketing Project Manager with significant experience in consumer planning and insight management; you might be agencyside or currently in a clientside role looking for a new challenge.You will be able to proactively identify opportunities for driving commercial value, with the ability to defend and prioritise initiatives based on data and/or insight. Ensuring that all marketing activity is measured, reviewed and learnings are taken and appliedto future activity.If you enjoy being at the heart of things, this role will be the strategic glue that ensures they deliver a consistent, clear and effective annual marketing plan and seasonal campaigns.Experience needed

  • An experienced project manager
  • Have significant experience in consumer planning, insight management - b2C client planning is a must have.
  • Have strong attention to detail, able to comfortably analyse
  • Highly organised, experienced in managing multiple objectives
  • An excellent communicator, able to take large amounts of information and present on in a simple, effective way
