They always aim to give clients and customers the best possible service and have a strong fulfillment track record. As the manager, you will be tasked with leading by example,motivating the team, recruiting new staff members, training staff, coaching, developing, and ensuring the team drive sales, service clients, and deliver agreements. This is going to be a very busy, hands-on role. You will take control of your own P&L and ensurethe branch is in shape to deliver the budget set. The role will report to the senior management team who will be there to guide and support you.This role will suit a Branch Manager who is looking to move to an autonomous environment within a forward-thinking, growing company or a very Senior Consultant who is looking at taking their first step into a Managerial role. You will be a natural businessdeveloper with a passion for leadership.
