The Beauty IQA will coordinate and manage IQA’s across both distance learning and Pre-Employment provisions, to set and maintain the quality expected by the statutory bodies that are accredited to provide training and education for, whilst adhering to and developing company policies and procedures.The Beauty IQA will be responsible for managing assessment and internal verification of units and qualifications, working with assessors, trainers and IQAs to agree an assessment and verification plan for all cohorts from the start of the programme, ensuring that it is fit for purpose and meets regulatory requirements before it is signed off.Being directly line managed by the Quality and Performance Director, the lead IQA will train, or standardise, a team of IQAs to ensure that they understand national standards and that assessment and verification activity is completed to a high standard.Key duties of the Beauty IQA;
