Job Description

AWS DevOps EngineerAre you an enthusiastic, proactive and forward-thinking AWS DevOps Engineer If so, you will be a perfect alignment to a dynamic environment that is growing all areas of our clients business.Our client, a multi-layered Consulting organisation is growing organically in all areas - If you have knowledge/experience of AWS DevOps then it’s a great start…Responsibilities as an AWS DevOps Engineer:

  • Designing, deploying and maintaining scalable web solutions hosted in the public cloud, on both AWS and Azure
  • Developing and maintaining critical information extraction, analysis and management systems
  • Translating loosely defined requirements into solutions and use coding languages or scripting methodologies to solve a problem with custom workflows
  • Working on Transformation programmes and large client driven projects
  • Value add through excellent delivery
    • Experience:
  • Strong experience in AWS and one other major cloud platform (Architecture and Implementation)
  • Production experience of Kubernetes/container management platform
  • Terraform, Python, Cloud Storage, Big Data, IoT, Open Source technologies, GitOps and AWS Native services
  • Experience architecting and implementing multi cloud solutions.
  • Experience with Windows and Linux operating system environment
  • Development of hosting platforms and CI/CD pipelines for microservices
  • Professional Certification from one or more major cloud providers - Preferably AWS
