Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for an Asset Surveyor, thats looking to join a Nationaly renowned social housing provider based in the North East, that offers work on a wide variety projects based in Sunderland, where no two days are the same. Asset Surveyor£40,000 - £42,00040 Hours Per WeekSunderlandBenefits to the role:

Responsibilities of the Asset Surveyor role:
  • Development and management of planned maintenance programmes from procurement stage to completion of works.
  • Contribute to plans for the decarbonisation of stock through the delivery of capital and grant funded retrofit programmes.
  • Helping to develop the Strategic Asset Plan through the collection of Stock Condition Data and Option Appraisals of existing stock.
Skills needed in this Asset Surveyor role:
  • Asset Surveyor experience.
  • Construction industry experience.
  • Good organisational skills.
  • The ability to manage a busy workload and set priorities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate verbally and in writing at all levels.
  • Good IT skills using Microsoft Office applications to intermediate level.
