Job Description

Agile Delivery Manager *Hybrid / Sunderland* to £60k + bonusesAre you looking to utilise your Agile Delivery Manager skills within a highly collaborative, social, and friendly work environmentA market leading games studio is seeking a skilled Agile Delivery Manager to join their rapidly expanding team based in Sunderland.Salary & Benefits:

Your Role:As an Agile Delivery Manager, you will play a key role in providing support across 8 delivery teams by removing cross team blockers and ensuring efficient delivery across the wider team. You will manage the Agile delivery of gaming software products, ensuringthey are delivered on time, within budget and meet high quality standards. Some of your key responsibilities will include stakeholder communication to ensure everyone is informed on project progress, identifying potential risk factors and issues that may impactdelivery, managing changes to the project scope and requirements, detailed project reporting and documentation, and continually improving project processes and outcomes.This is a fantastic time to join the business as they begin to white label their product suite and revamp and restructure their engineering teams, so there is a huge scope of exciting projects in the pipeline and lots of opportunity to have impact.Office & WFH:The company have brand new, modern offices with parking based in Sunderland. You will be required in the office 3 days a week for this role.Requirements:
  • You are an experienced Delivery Manager who is experienced in driving Agile delivery processes
  • You have a track record of delivering software products on time, within budget, and to a high quality
  • You have excellent stakeholder manager skills
  • You have strong reporting and documentation skills
  • You have excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ideally you will have some experience within a gaming / gambling company or an eCommerce website
