Adecco Sunderland has a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established company who is looking for an Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis based in Sunderland.My client offers a salary which meets NLW.The main purpose of the role is to work towards providing an administration service to assist in the claims handling by the staff and/ or management.Key Responsibilities:1. Scan post to correct file2. Identify enquiry emails and forward on to correct team member3. Import all emails onto the task list via Pro-claim to track workload4. Photocopying/scanning as and when required5. Maintain and upload WhatsApp communications6. Retrieve calls from system requested by Management7. To enter new queries onto the system accurately8. Keep track of stationery and advise when stocks are becoming low9. To keep the office in a tidy organised manner10. Refill the photocopier with paper and toner when required. Report faults to Manager and IT Department11. Refill the franking machine when required12. Collate and frank post each day with correct postage13. Loading all gathered information accurately onto the relevant systems and maintaining records with up to date information14. Despatch cheques as a matter of priority and on day of receipt15. Work as part of a team to ensure department workloads are complete and targets achieved16. Providing regular updates to Managers in relation to workloads17. To attend training courses both internally and externally as required18.
