  • Planning and development of client campaigns and projects, providing optimum levels of client support.
  • Budget setting and management.
  • Effective liaison with clients, external partners and the company’s creative, digital and account management teams to ensure effective delivery of client projects on time, to budget and to the company’s margin expectations.

Combining expertise in the disciplines of marketing, creative, design, digital and life sciences, the team has a deserved reputation for exceptional customer service and this will be a vital attribute for any candidate.The PersonThe key skills and qualities of an Account Manager:
  • Educated to graduate/degree standard is a minimum requirement; Graduate or post-grad marketing / digital qualifications would be advantageous.
  • A minimum of three years’ experience in a healthcare or digital/medcomms agency or related is required; digital (e.g. websites, email, social, animation) and/or life sciences background advantageous.
  • High standard of oral and written English and excellent communication skills required; experience in project managing material development, writing and referencing a distinct advantage.
  • Computer literacy with main MS Office Software required; Veeva literate and ABPI trained an advantage.
  • Excellent organisation skills, attention to detail for proofing, deadlines and estimating is also required.
