Key Responsibilities of the Role:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
  • Provide exceptional support to clients through inbound telephone correspondence.
  • Build and maintain positive business relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Process orders and quotations accurately through the internal system.
  • Assist the Team Manager in preparing regular monthly reports.
  • Perform general administration tasks to support the smooth operation of the department.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services to clients.
  • Understand clients needs, challenges, and goals to provide tailored solutions.
  • Handle client inquiries, resolve issues, and manage any escalations in a timely and professional manner.
