Role: 3rd line Engineer (O365)Location: SunderlandSalary: £45,000 - £50,000The Role: Our leading client requires a O365 Technical Specialist. The role requires a Office 365 specialist aligned with O365 Solutions such as Exchange Online, Azure Active Directory and Intune and ITIL practices for support and strategic 3rd line activities.Essentials:* Office 365 3rd line support of migrations from on-prem / tenants* Experience in designing, managing and maintaining InTune* Scripting and automating tasks with Powershell, Flow, LogicApps, etc.* Management and support of Exchange Online* Support and administration of Microsoft Azure Active Directory including AD synchronization (AD connect)* Identity management from multiple AD Sources* Office 365 Security, Compliance and Protection (DLP, e-discovery, Encryption, Labels, Sensitivity Policies, Azure etc)* Manage Office 365 Groups / Teams using automation / scripting* Advanced Security including Intune, Conditional Access, AIP, ATP* Knowledge of the authentication methods.
