Tri-lingual Returns Coordinator (English/German/Italian) - Fixed Term Contract up to 1 YearLocation: Sunbury-on-ThamesSalary: £23,500 + benefitsWorking hours: 38.5 hours per week My client based in Sunbury-on-Thames is looking for a Tri-lingual Returns Coordinator who is fluent in English, German and Italian to join their friendly team. You will be responsible for coordinating the return of products and providing excellent customer service to maintain effective business relationships. The ideal candidate will be customer focused with excellent communication skills.Responsibilities:To effectively monitor service levels and customer satisfaction and contribute actively towards a smooth customer experienceClearly communicate with customers via e-mail and phone and deal with any enquiries in an efficient and timely mannerDeal with complaints from customers and make good business decisions in order to resolve themManage the returns request e-mail database ensuring that a 24 hour response is achievedDeal with replacement requests from distributors, resellers and endusers from the EMEA region, collecting all necessary informationDeal with credit defective, stock rotation and refund requests by checking purchase histories and calculating pricesFollowing up on replacements, ensuring customers are happy with the replacement product and service receivedChase products which have not been returned, escalate to Finance when invoices need to be issued and chase outstanding paymentsProvide regular and timely updates to customers about their pending cases while checking the status of the delivery, back orders and credit notesFollow up on returns which show discrepancies with the original request and aim towards a satisfactory resolution of the caseEnsure the database is kept up to dateTo provide clear and complete monthly reports and take an active part in team meetingsRelease picking tickets for the replacement orders and work closely with Warehouses and Order Processing teamsResolve carrier queries for shipmentsPerson Specification:Fluency in Italian, German and English to business standards (verbal and written)Minimum of 1 year experience of dealing with customers via phone / email in an administrative/office-based roleExcellent communication skillsExcellent organizational skillsGood at working with numbersComputer-literate with working knowledge of MS Word and ExcelAbility to prioritise own workloadAbility to coordinate and resolve a variety of customer concernsActive team playerPositive work attitudeStrong focus on Customer Service
