Job Description

Spanish Speaking Inside Sales Account ManagerPermanent Full-time£24K - 27K + Commissions + Benefits + Travel AllowanceSunbury-on-ThamesKerr Recruitment is operating on behalf of our client, an international IT company, is seeking to appoint a Spanish Speaking Inside Sales Account Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for the core functions of sales channel, maintaining relationships and increasing revenue and profitability across our product portfolio.Working hours: Monday to Thursday 8.00am to 5.00pm, 8.00am to 3.00pm on Friday.Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Managing and developing business in specified territories, and back up other countries when required
  • Supporting Business Development Managers and Regional Sales Managers
  • Managing customer accounts (quoting and negotiating prices, processing orders, and estimating and managing deliveries)
  • Liaising with other departments such as Logistics, Marketing, Sales
  • Cautiously managing order to eliminate overstocking issues.
  • Identifying slow selling, overstocked products and solving the problem via managing channel exposure
  • Anticipating and developing plans
  • Assisting the Business Development team in in executing successful product launches and providing feedbacks to improve processes
  • Coordinating with BDM to ensure promotions are planned correctly and executed effectively to maximise investments. Propose ideas based on customer relationships and/or analysis.
  • Accurately managing inventory levels based on customers and inventory forecast and ROPs.
  • Collaborating with RMA department to resolve returns issues
  • Writing detailed weekly summary for the respective region/s and attend weekly meetings
  • Analysing customer data and identify trends to help grow the business
  • To occasionally travel to customer sites and trade shows.
  • To perform other duties as assigned
    • Ideal Candidate Would Have
  • Fluent in English and Spanish verbal and written to business level is a must.
  • Italian or Turkish would also be a desirable third European language.
  • Previous sales or account management experience is requested.
  • Previous IT product-related knowledge is desirable
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive team player and can work in cross-functional teams
