Job Description

SAP Senior Business Analyst - SAP BW/BI. £60k + 25% Bonus + £1.5k (Total Package = £75,500). Hybrid Working - 2 days onsite - 3 days at home. Applicants must be Eligible to work in the UK.Middlesex.Permanent. T6/MN/18278. Our global client is seeking to secure a Senior Business Analyst - SAP BW/BI - the role will focus on supporting the BI systems across the organisation, managing & delivering the SAP BW/4HANA data & reporting, and co-ordinating with offshore resources. Will also liaise with internal Stakeholders and lead & support business wide SAP BI/BW projects.Role:

  • Own the delivery of internal SAP BW/4HANA projects.
  • Delivery on SAP BW/4HANA reporting.
  • Manage all SAP BI change requests.
  • Manage relationships with key internal stakeholders & outsourced suppliers.
  • Business Analysis - manage BI change requests, modification to the system covering identification, changes, testing & documentation - communicate modifications.
  • Third Party Supplier - Work closely with a third-party SAP BI/BW support provider - Refine requirements & validate estimates for the third-party support provider - covering cost & dependencies.
  • Provide BAU support to the business covering - SAP BI/BW, reporting & analytics applications.
  • Ensure processes & systems align to the SOX environment.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify & standardise processes & system improvements.
  • Conduct detailed investigations - analysis of business issues & requirements.
  • SAP BI Applications - Investigate, analyse, design, build & test of SAP BI applications.
  • Provide Business Process design & documentation.
  • Testing - facilitate System & User Acceptance Testing.
  • Develop a broad understanding of - processes, applications & data flows across the Finance, Supply Chain & Operations portfolio.
  • Collaborate with internal & external teams.
  • Collaborate with other Business Analysts across Technology.
Technical Skills / Experience:
  • SAP Business Analyst / Business Analysis experience - 4 to 5 years experience.
  • SAP BW / BPC - professional experience.
  • SAP BW - design & configuration experience.
  • Data Extraction & Harmonisation from both SAP & non-SAP systems.
  • Knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud platform.
  • Strong Analytical skills - knowledge of how BI applications can maximise business advantage.
  • Lead Functional & Data Analysis - design and define solutions.
  • Documentation - create Functional Specifications, Requirements, User Journeys, Product Backlogs & Business Processes.
  • Third Party Supplier Management - experience of overseeing the delivery & partnering with external providers - offshore teams.
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of stakeholder.
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills.
  • Ideally have Pan-European delivery experience.
  • Eligible to work in the UK.
