Job Description

My client is a world leader in the manufacturer of memory products that are used within the CE, Pharmaceutical and IT Industries. They strive to go above and beyond for corporate and consumer customers in service and support.They are actively seeking to employ a Digital Marketing Specialist to work within the Digital Marketing team managing and optimising their digital advertising including Google Ads, Google Analytics, Email Marketing, Media Buying, Amazon Advertising and PaidSocial Media. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mind, be able to think outside the box and have a desire to contribute to a cutting-edge digital marketing teamDuties include but are not limited to:

  • Assist the Digital & Influencer Marketing Team Leader in the full Google advertising process driving traffic to our website and content pages.
  • Create copy and assets for Google Display advertising.
  • Assist in the creation of remarketing display advertising.
  • Management of external PPC agency, including strategy, performance reporting, and analysis of PPC campaigns.
  • Constantly review, analyse and provide recommendations on how we can further optimise campaigns using Google Analytics as a basis of suggestions.
  • Report on campaigns to all stakeholders within the business.
  • Create trackable links using UTMs and Bitly.
  • Own the email marketing strategy across lifestyle technology and gaming.
  • Plan, create copy and execute email marketing drip campaigns.
  • Analyse each campaign and find areas of improvement whilst adhering to internal KPIs.
  • Report on campaigns to all stakeholders within the business.
  • Plan, execute & analyse activities using Amazons onsite and offsite platforms within a defined budget across UK, Germany, France, Italy and Spain.
  • Communicate with Amazons advertising team regularly to analyse campaign performance and optimise to achieve better results.
  • Report on campaigns to all stakeholders within the business
  • Plan and execute paid social media campaigns using our listening platform Sprinklr and optimise and analyse campaigns to ensure they are spending efficiently.
  • Support the in-house social media team with influencer outreach and campaigns. This will involve sourcing, bartering and managing influencers within EMEA.
  • Be responsible for the reporting/analysis of all digital and social activities. This will be using a range of tools including Google Ads, Google Analytics, Spotler, Amazon Advertising & Sprinklr.
Personal characteristics required:
  • Background in Digital Marketing, 2 year+ experience.
  • Strong project management skills & focus on working to deadlines.
  • Experienced in analysing campaigns/data.
  • Experience with Google Ads Platform
  • Experience of using Google Analytics (or similar)
  • Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong experience in Excel and PowerPoint, and word processing.
  • Passion for research and keeping up to date with online marketing.
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills to convey new concepts and ideas to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Confident, proactive, creative thinker with good attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in a pressured & busy environment.
  • Experience using Amazons advertising platforms.
  • Experience in social media advertising & using associated tools.
  • Good understanding of all Google advertising and analytics platforms.
  • IT industry knowledge is highly desirable.Ideally have a second European language although this is not essential
