Job Description

With a growing client base, our client’s team require a new Account Manager to ensure optimum levels of customer service are provided at all times. This role will involve key account management along with the requirement to identify and secure business from new clients. Company car, phone and laptop provided. Competitive salary and bonus structure available for the right candidate.Key Responsibilities

  • Attend monthly sales team meetings.
  • Develop a strong working relationship with allocated customer base.
  • Prospect and secure new business.
  • Carry out site surveys and provide relevant detail to internal team.
  • Complete in depth tender documents for new and existing customers.
  • Attend and support at exhibitions.
  • Provide order pipeline and forecast on a monthly basis.
  • Provide content for social media updates to Sales & Marketing Coordinator on a weekly basis.
  • Provide legislation and product training across customer base.
  • Desired Skillset and CharacteristicsThe role requires the candidate to predominantly work in central London, but will also require travel across the south of England. You will be based in the Surrey office approximately twice a week.The successful candidate must have experience in an external sales role, preferably from within the construction sector. Other industry sales/account manager experience will be considered. Required skills
