Job Description

Purpose of the RoleOur client is seeking a professional and confident individual who can provide excellent service to key accounts. This role will involve managing day to day customer relationships and working with the service team to ensure that the company meet SLAs and exceed expectations.You will develop a strong working relationship with allocated customer base, set up new service contracts on Job Logic, chase up outstanding quotes and provide data for regular performance reports. You will deal with customer queries and escalate where required and ensure responses are complete in a timely fashion. You will anticipate issues that could cause poor service and proactively solve these before the client raises concern. You will continually assess performance levels and drive improvement through financial measurement and how the company is perceived as a supplier. You will also be responsible for updating asset lists, schedules and instructions on the company system.This role requires someone who can operate predominantly in the company office space except for some customer visits. You will have excellent planning and organisational skills and ideally, you will have worked in FM and building services industry. A customer centric approach is essential. Strong English and communication skills required and this role will suit someone who enjoys working in a fast paced approach and who has a creative approach to problem solving. You will be a good team player, self motivated and possess a strong sense of professionalism. Good IT skills including Excel, Office Suite and CRM applications essential. Required skills
