Our client who is a market leader in their field, and is based in Huntingdon - Cambridgeshire has a vacancy for a candidate who has customer service in their DNA, to join their dynamic team.Pursue sales leads and enquiries for both commercial and domestic customers via phone, email orchatAttend occasional client visits (internal/ external)Customer service is paramount to this role. Provide technical query support to customers giving prompt and accurate advice within agreedservice level agreements (training will be given) Update own customer portfolio daily/ weekly/ monthly Monitor and update customer database Assist the dispatch function according to their requirements as required in order to maximisetechnician utilisation Investigate job-related queries relaying to the correct technician or team manager for resolution Monitor website activity and deal with any chat enquiries Prioritising and organising workload to ensure deadlines are adhered to Manage the collection and processing of payments and excess payments Set up new customers on in house systems (simply system) Proactively review jobs to ensure continued progression Take ownership of own caseload, managing the job from beginning to end, using diary system toreview progression Immediately report any complaint/ problems to the Leak Detection Manager, in accordance with theformal complaints procedure Recommend ideas for development of the IT systems to the Leak Detection Manager to assist inimproving effectiveness of the department.Benefits package :
