Job Description

RAC are recruiting for Sales & Service Executives to join our energetic team in Stretford, Manchester.This role is working Monday-Friday 9am - 5pm! No Weekends ! Bank Holidays included As a Sales & Service Advisor you will primarily be calling new small to medium business (SME) customers to try and understand their requirements and advise them of the most suitable breakdown products we could offer them to fulfil their needs. You will alsobe maintaining and growing relationships we have with existing customers.We have an OTE of £28,416 with guaranteed minimum of £23,690 for a 35 hour working week!What youll do...

  • Deliver exceptional service to our members through up-to-date regulatory compliance and knowledge ensuring we have the member at the heart of everything we do
  • Effectively engage with businesses who are thinking of joining, renewing, or leaving us, reviewing their needs and reasons for leaving
  • Following up on prospect data, inbound leads and marketing campaigns to build up and nurture a long-term pipeline of sales opportunities and maintaining a good level of conversation rate
  • Utilising data and CRM/database to record accurate details about clients and prospect data
  • Ledger management, using specialised tools to identify businesses with outstanding debt, offering alternative payment methods whilst successfully collecting invoices that are overdue to support business targets
What youll need...
  • Experience in sales and customer service
  • Work well towards KPIs under pressure
  • Outgoing and self motivated
  • Empathetic and able to build rapport with new and existing SME customers
  • Preferably be used to an account management approach to drive pipeline lead generation
