We are a Paid Advertising Agency working with a vast range of businesses, and were looking for an organised and resourceful Paid Specialist to join our Digital team!A little bit about us - we work with clients on a contractual basis and manage Paid ads (Social & Google), Email Marketing and SMS Marketing, all of which generate sales and leads for their businesses.We are a multi-service advertising partner for leading eCommerce brands across the world. We work as part of our clients in house marketing team to deliver a range of paid advertising services that result in an increased return in investment across all platforms.This full-time Paid Specialist position will manage the day-to-day relationship, expectations and requirements for a wide portfolio of clients.Youll play a key part in one of our SCRUM teams. Within that team will be yourself, a Graphic Designer, a Copywriter & potentially a Junior Media Buyer. Everything needed to service a client.We have an extreme focus on Client Success and our culture is built around that. The ideal candidate would be data-driven and completely capable of managing multiple projects and prioritizing tasks, for a number of clientsat one time (maxed at 15).- The candidate would ideally be experienced in paid advertising across various platforms with experience in building, optimizing, and launching eCommerce advertising campaigns.- Can implement pixels and pixel events, set up custom audiences, LLA audiences and apply the right creatives and targeting to extract ROI from those segments.- Understand all paid channel performance metrics and can analyse data in order to assess the performance of a campaign and problem solve where necessary.- Hold a good understanding of Sales Psychology, Copywriting and UX.- Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.- Possess an analytical mindset that has experience tracking and working towards KPIs.- Experience in using tools for CRO like Google Analytics, Google Optimize etc.- Experienced in working in a client-facing role within the digital/advertising industry.Role and Responsibilities- Campaign Management - Work across multiple media and ppc channels including Facebook, Snapchat and Google Ads for a variety of different clients from e-commerce to lead generation with a range of budgets and requirements.- Optimisation - Creation & on-going optimisation of campaigns to meet client KPIs.- Budgets & Spend - Daily monitoring of spend, bids and scaling to ensure clients are on track to hit budget plans for each month.- Strategy Identification - Identifying key areas of opportunity & improvement within accounts & working with the full team to support with strategy creation.- Innovation - Researching & keeping up to date with the latest products to market ideas & being proactive in discussing & implementing new innovative ideas with the team.- Keyword and audience research - Undertaking research to find any missed opportunities within client accounts and undertaking them.- Online Tools - Using a range of online tools to support with the analysis of performance (e.g. Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Ahrefs, Google Keyword Planner etc) and use a range of available day to day tools such as Microsoft Office/ Google Tools (GoogleDocs etc)- Reporting - Creation of monthly reports for clients to analyse performance against KPIs & previous performance.SummaryYou will be responsible for the day to day management of paid media campaigns, ensuring they are optimised at all times and meeting agreed KPIs which may also include scaling plans. Additional to this you will be expected to work with the teams to help directand monitor strategies and implement new adjustments with ad creative, copy, bidding etc.As a side expectation we will require you to be Keeping up to date with industry updates, including new opportunities from partners and social channels and presenting opportunities to line managers.
