Job Description

Customer Service AdvisorFull-time, Permanent. Red Dot are currently looking for X5 Customer Service Advisors to work on behalf of a leading breakdown company in the Stretford area. If you are interested and meet the requirements, please apply NOW for a initial phone call.This is an office-based role - please do not apply if you are looking for a Work From Home position.The role:Customer Service Advisor will be handling inbound calls from existing customers, assisting with account queries, insurance policies and helping customers renew their breakdown policies. Your duties will include:

  • Manage your own inbound calls in a timely manner.
  • Identify customers needs and demonstrate effective problem-solving techniques.
  • Keep up to date with policies and products through our digital system and email communications.
  • Work towards Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in order to earn your monthly bonuses!
  • Seize opportunities to up-sell various insurance/breakdown-based products when they arise.
  • Build growing and sustainable relationships with our clients customer base by engaging conversation and going the extra mile.
  • Keep records and up-to-date logs of your conversations and sales on our contact centre database system.
Salary: Between £19,094 - £19,760 plus bonuses up to £400 per month.Working Hours: 40 hours per week, rotational shift pattern between 8am - 7pm weekdays and 9am - 5pm on weekends. Customer Service Advisor Requirements:
  • Minimum 6 months customer service experience
  • Good tenure in previous roles
  • Clear DBS Check - No unspent convictions.
  • Live within a reasonable commute from the office in Stretford (M32).
